Because all our services are provided in digital format and delivered instantly after purchase, our refund and returns policy follows clear and transparent rules that balance customer protection and digital content integrity.

When purchasing any TravelBytes product — such as City Storytelling Scripts, Heritage Site Narratives, Cultural Audio Guides, Local Legends Collection, Multilingual Destination Descriptions, or Cultural Etiquette & Expression Pack — you receive immediate, lifetime access to your digital materials. This means that once your order is confirmed and a download or stream becomes available, the content is considered “delivered.”

Since digital files cannot be physically returned or revoked once accessed, we generally cannot offer refunds after download or access. However, we deeply value fairness and want every traveler to feel supported, so we do provide exceptions under specific, verifiable circumstances.

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • if a duplicate payment occurred due to a technical error, system delay, or accidental repeat checkout;
  • if the product was not properly delivered (e.g., the file link or access credentials failed and our team could not restore delivery within a reasonable time frame);
  • if the downloaded file was corrupted, incomplete, or damaged, and a working replacement could not be provided within 3 business days;

  • in rare cases, when unintended identical orders were made by mistake from the same account.

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • when access issues arise from the customer’s own device limitations, insufficient storage, unsupported software, or unstable internet connection;

Our products are protected by international copyright and digital use agreements. Therefore, once a refund is approved and processed, access to the purchased files or platforms will be automatically revoked to ensure compliance with intellectual property laws.

How to request a refund:
